Job Summary: Panco is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Assistant to perform physicochemical analyses and inspections on packaging and flexible films. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities: * Perform physicochemical analyses on packaging and flexible films, including determination of flexible film thickness, total grammage of flexible films, grammage of coatings on flexible films (adhesive and ink); dimensional verification of packaging and flexible films. * Flexible films (width); * Finished material (flap, accordion fold, width, distance from hole to flap, hole diameter, perforation size, distance between holes, total length, distance between hole and perforation, length to opening, length with flap, coil width, photocell pitch, distance between photocells in cutting area, photocell size). * Verification of surface treatment using solution and surface treatment pen on polymeric flexible films. * General visual inspection of films (gloss, transparency, presence of extrusion defects, hue). * General visual inspection of coils/palletization (identification, safety, wrinkles, contamination, etc). * Sensory analysis of finished products and flexible films. * Flatness verification. * COF (Coefficient of Friction) analysis. * Tensile strength and elongation analysis. * Verification of hole and perforation centering. * Ink adhesion test on printed material (tape test). * Abrasion resistance test on printed material (manual). * Color standard verification (hue swatch cards). * Coil outer diameter verification. * Sleeve inner diameter verification. * General visual inspection of finished material (presence of defects such as scratches, ‘offset’, ‘haziness’, etc). * Coil slitting verification. * Barcode verification on finished material. * Verification of irregular splices. * Preparation of quality reports for finished materials. Requirements: * Completed high school education. * Technical course in chemistry and/or quality. * Active CRQ registration. Where will you work? Work location: Itaquera/East Zone of São Paulo, near Avenida Jacu Pêssego. Work arrangement: 100% on-site. Working hours: Monday to Saturday, from 2:10 PM to 10:26 PM. What do we offer?
