As a **Production Operator \- Customized Promotional Item Printing**, your responsibilities will include: * Operating and mastering various printing machines: Silk, DTF, Sublimation, Pad Printing, and UV—bringing creativity and attention to every project. * Ensuring the quality of each promotional item, attending to all details so the final product is flawless and exceeds customer expectations. * Maintaining an organized and on-schedule production rhythm, supporting input control and collaborating to improve team efficiency. * Contributing ideas, maintaining sector cleanliness and organization, and serving as a key element in our reputation for excellence in delivery! * Collaborating as a team so every new order becomes a source of pride—no “automatic” production here; we value those who want to grow alongside us! **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Requirements: * Completed High School education. * Experience operating graphic printing machines (Silk, DTF, Sublimation, Pad Printing, UV)—essential to accelerate your integration! * Experience with quality control in graphic processes and basic knowledge of preventive maintenance. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge spanning from screen making to final customization; * Experience with Textile DTF and UV printing.
