Job Summary: Assist the factory in injection and finishing segments, performing tasks such as raw material preparation, operation of injection machines, quality control, and organization. Waste organization and management **Job Objective:** Assist the factory in injection and finishing segments. **Job Description:** · Assess requirements for raw material procurement, equipment maintenance, and other tasks within the scope of responsibilities; · Prepare raw materials; · Supply raw materials for polyurethane/plastic injection; · Install and adjust molds on injection machines for manufacturing polyurethane/plastic parts, among other duties; · Inspect quality of parts released from the machine, including finishing, counting, and cleaning; · Separate defective parts for grinding; · Sort waste for proper disposal; · Dispatch finished parts to finishing and packaging departments; · Inspect and perform maintenance on injection machines/molds and other equipment required for the role; · Provide occasional assistance in final product production, as required by the company; · Complete and submit control documents, requests, etc., to the responsible person; · Clean and organize the workplace. REQUIREMENTS: Completed high school education; Prior experience and manual dexterity; Reside nearby or have convenient access.
