




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for organizing products in stock, restocking shelves and racks, serving customers, and ensuring food safety through expiry date control and hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Restocking and organizing products on shelves and racks 2. Customer service and clarification of inquiries 3. Expiry date control and hygiene for food safety * Pick products from stock according to requirements, transport them via hydraulic cart to the restocking location, and replenish shelves, racks, freezers, and refrigerators, following standards for expiry dates, product type, and brand. * Restock meats and derivatives at refrigerated counters, sorting them by type and expiry period while observing organization and packaging methods to facilitate customer identification. Monitor and prevent stockouts throughout the day. * Serve customers, resolve inquiries, provide accurate information based on their needs. * Slice cold cuts, weigh them, and place them in trays as requested by customers. * Periodically check product expiry dates, verify stored batches and corresponding dates, collect and replace expired items, and forward them to the damaged goods area to ensure food safety. * Update product prices at the end of each day and whenever required or requested by management. * Maintain workplace hygiene, perform daily cleaning of equipment and utensils to prevent bacterial proliferation, odors, and pests.
