Training and guidance of assistants **About the position:** **Main responsibilities:** * Control and approve the production process with leadership support, adhering to quality and productivity standards. * Meet production targets, minimize losses, and accurately complete production records. * Perform machine cleaning, lubrication, and preventive inspections according to the operational maintenance plan. * Ensure correct material usage following the FIFO system and feed machines according to the sequence of production orders (OPs). * Monitor performance indicators and production scheduling progress to ensure timely delivery. * Train and guide assistants, promoting compliance with regulations and workplace organization. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in this role. **Work location:** Itapevi – SP **Working hours:** * Shift 1: Monday to Friday, 5:50 AM to 2:20 PM; alternate Saturdays, 8:45 AM to 7:45 PM\. * Shift 2: Monday to Friday, 2:10 PM to 10:35 PM; alternate Saturdays, 9:35 AM to 8:35 PM\. * Shift 3: Monday to Thursday, 10:35 PM to 5:50 AM; Friday, 10:35 PM to 9:35 AM; alternate Sundays, 9:30 PM to 5:50 AM\. * Day Shift 2x2: 5:50 AM to 6:10 PM (work two consecutive days, then two days off) * Night Shift 2x2: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM (work two consecutive days, then two days off) **Salary:** Based on candidate expectations **Benefits:** * Medical and dental assistance * Pharmacy network agreement * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * On-site cafeteria * Meal voucher * Childcare allowance * Parking * Profit-sharing program Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
