Negotiation with suppliers and logistics agents **We are looking for a professional with strong knowledge and experience in Foreign Trade processes to join our team!** **Location:** Cooperativa Neighborhood, São Bernardo do Campo\- SP (100% on-site) **Salary:** Salary Expectation **Benefits:** \- Medical Insurance (NotreDame) \+ Dental Insurance (SulAmerica)\+ Transportation Allowance\+ On-site Restaurant\+ Pharmacy Benefit\+ Life Insurance\+ Daycare Assistance (for children up to 1 year old)\+ Profit Sharing Program (PPR)\+ Tuition Reimbursement **Main Responsibilities** * Execute import and export processes for products; * Conduct customs procedures and routines with competent authorities; * Monitor and analyze foreign trade documentation (invoice, packing list, BL, DI, etc.); * Ensure compliance with legal regulations and adherence to international deadlines; * Handle imports of industrial lines, machinery, and parts; * Manage bureaucratic activities related to these processes; * Obtain international freight quotations and negotiate with suppliers and logistics agents. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, International Relations, or related fields; * Solid experience in import and export processes; * Leadership profile and strong decision-making ability; * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; * Intermediate English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking). **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with ERP systems or foreign trade software; * Knowledge of special customs regimes (e.g., drawback); * Experience importing industrial equipment.
