Teamwork and technical problem solving **Responsibilities** · Operate creasing and cutting machines in printing processes to cut and crease materials according to technical and design specifications. · Adjust the machine to ensure precise cuts and creases, in accordance with project specifications and material type. · Monitor process quality by conducting frequent inspections of cut and creased products to ensure compliance with quality and standard requirements. · Perform initial machine setup for creasing and cutting, adjusting blades, cylinders, and pressure for different material types and thicknesses. · Monitor machine operation during production to ensure parts are manufactured within scheduled timeframes. · Conduct preventive maintenance on creasing and cutting machines, including cleaning, part replacement, and necessary adjustments to ensure optimal equipment performance. · Strictly adhere to safety regulations and operational procedures, using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). · Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness, ensuring tools and machines remain in optimal working condition. · Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure product conformity with customer requirements. · Record production data, such as quantity of cut parts, machine runtime, and failures or issues occurring during the process. · Identify problems in the creasing and cutting process and implement corrective actions to maintain uninterrupted production without compromising quality. · Perform adjustments as needed for various graphic finishing types, such as straight, curved, or contour cutting. **Requirements** · Experience as a graphic creasing and cutting machine operator or in related printing sectors (preferred). · Knowledge of printing, creasing, and cutting processes and their specific requirements. · Ability to perform machine adjustments, including blade replacement and pressure calibration. · Proficiency in precise operation and adjustment of creasing and cutting machines. · Good eyesight and attention to detail to ensure high-quality cuts and creases. · Ability to resolve simple technical problems and perform machine adjustments. · Agility and ability to work under pressure to meet production deadlines. · Technical knowledge to handle various graphic finishing types. · Teamwork skills, communication, and collaboration with other production departments.
