Job Summary: The Aluminum Injection Molding Machine Operator performs injection molding and visual inspection of small parts for electric micromotors and submersible pumps. Key Highlights: 1. In summary, the Aluminum Injection Molding Machine Operator will perform injection molding of caps and rotors to be used in electric micromotors and submersible pumps (small parts). **Operations:** 1\- Apply mold release agent onto the mold; 2\- Charge the mold with molten aluminum; 3\- Remove injection-molded parts using assistive devices; 4\- Conduct visual inspection of injection-molded products; 5\- Place injection-molded parts onto pallets; 6\- Record production output; 7\- Maintain a clean and organized workplace. **Required Qualifications:** \- Minimum 1 year of experience operating injection molding machines, extruders, or similar equipment. **Preferred Qualifications (Not mandatory):** \- Experience operating high-pressure aluminum die-casting machines. \- Knowledge of aluminum alloy treatment. \- Familiarity with operational cycles of aluminum injection molding machines.
