




Plan, implement, evaluate, and monitor training and education initiatives aligned with Institutional Guidelines. Develop and promote educational methodologies and techniques in the field of information technology and assess their outcomes. Prepare and deliver theoretical and practical classes, including assembling, maintaining, and configuring computers and networks. Develop teaching resources (e.g., handouts, case studies simulating work situations). Carry out socioeducational work with students addressing ethical, moral, and social values. Record, document, and monitor students’ participation in workshops and laboratories for proposed activities, tracking attendance. Participate in and develop new initiatives proposed by Institutional Policy. Act as a facilitator, encouraging student participation during classes and mediating group processes. Attend meetings convened by the area manager. Pursue professional development within the field to broaden competencies required for task execution. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workplace. Address other demands arising from the work process. Carry out socioeducational activities tailored to users’ interests and needs, in accordance with technical guidelines established in the Social Assistance Policy. Plan, organize, implement, and evaluate activities related to Modules I, II, and III with responsibility, ethics, and appropriate professional conduct. Guide and accompany users according to scheduled programming and established technical guidance, identifying potential user difficulties and jointly proposing, with the CEDESP technical team, activities to overcome them. Conduct research and visit socioeducational facilities and spaces, as well as those related to other public policies in the territory, whenever necessary for proposed activities. Participate in the planning, implementation, and execution of service activities. Ensure cleanliness and organization of environments, materials, and equipment used in activities. Monitor user attendance and progress during internal and external activities, reporting any issues to the technical team. Inform users about socioassistance rights and their respective legislation, and discuss these topics with them. Report to the manager any situations indicating changes in users’ behavior, such as suspected risk, drug use, violence, abandonment, neglect, sexual abuse, mistreatment, or pregnancy. Receive and forward users’ suggestions regarding service activities to the manager.
