Together, we always deliver our best. **\#VemPraDasa \#DasaLovers \#VemSerDasa** **Important:** We do not charge any fees during our selection processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct internal Compliance investigations, including those of higher complexity and sensitivity—from initial screening through follow-up and accountability for implementing the recommended Action Plan for each investigation; * Directly support leadership in screening complaints received via the Complaints Channel, contributing to accurate classification and routing of cases according to the defined strategy; * Serve as a technical reference for the investigation team, supporting decision-making and methodological execution of investigations; * Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, ensuring technical quality, consistency, and alignment with investigative workflows. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields; * Prior solid experience in internal investigations and Compliance; * Experience with complaint channels, investigative workflows, and analysis of sensitive cases; * Strong critical analysis skills, systemic vision, and sound judgment in case management; * Proactive and communicative profile, with confidence to handle complaints and engage with diverse stakeholders; * Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple demands. **Additional Information** **Location: Pinheiros \- SP** **Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Thursday; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday** By caring for our people, we become the healthcare that people desire and the world needs—check out our benefits: * Nutrition care: Meal Voucher/Food Voucher or On-site Cafeteria (depending on location); * Health care: Health Insurance and Life Insurance; * Development care: Dasa University, Development and Career Cycle, Technology/PMAX Academies, and the Crescer Program within Dasa; * Others: Transportation Voucher and Performance Bonus (PPR).
