Senior Civil Engineer

Job Summary: Civil Engineering professional to develop and manage projects from conception through delivery, ensuring compliance and success. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to manage and mitigate project risks **Responsibilities:** * Develop concepts and prepare civil engineering project plans, including structures, infrastructure, and transportation systems. * Conduct preliminary studies to assess technical and economic feasibility of projects. * Prepare technical drawings and detailed specifications using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and other engineering tools. * Develop and monitor project schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget control. * Monitor and ensure all project aspects meet quality standards and applicable regulations. * Perform structural calculations and technical analyses to ensure safety and feasibility of proposed solutions. * Conduct and supervise field and laboratory tests and evaluations, as required, to verify compliance with technical specifications. * Prepare and present detailed technical reports on project progress, identified challenges, and implemented solutions. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all project stages, including changes and approvals. * Ensure projects comply with local, state, and federal construction and safety regulations. * Communicate\-regularly with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure alignment with project objectives. * Participate in monitoring and coordination meetings, presenting technical information and recommendations. * Identify technical challenges and develop effective solutions to ensure project success. * Assess and manage project-related risks, implementing mitigation actions when necessary. **Requirements:** * Experience in developing and monitoring civil engineering projects. * Proficiency in preparing and analyzing technical drawings. * Strong technical analysis and problem-solving skills. **Academic Qualification:** * Bachelor's degree in **Civil Engineering**. **Technical Competencies:** * Advanced proficiency in **AutoCAD**. * Knowledge of **PVsyst**. * Familiarity with CAD tools and engineering software. * Intermediate English. **Additional Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in infrastructure or energy-related projects. * Experience with additional modeling and technical analysis software. **Benefits:** * Meal and Food Allowance; * Mobility: Commuter Pass, Shuttle Service, and/or Parking; * Medical Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Accumulative Cultural Allowance; * Internet Allowance; * Totalpass; * Aggressive Profit-Sharing Program (PLR); * Birthday Day Off; * Corporate University; * Life Insurance; **Company Information:** * São Paulo, SP.
