Our goal is to provide merchants with a new payment method to increase their sales in a simple, straightforward, and agile way; at the same time, we aim to give people the opportunity to purchase what they desire without being burdened by high credit card interest rates. **Responsibilities and Duties** This role will operate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Regulatory teams, helping strengthen processes, controls, and the company’s operational maturity. We seek a hands\-on, analytical professional comfortable in dynamic, evolving environments. **Key Responsibilities** * Map and assess operational risks related to processes, systems, people, and vendors. * Enhance and maintain the company’s operational risk and internal controls matrix. * Participate in risk and control assessments for new products, processes, and integrations. * Monitor mitigation plans with responsible teams. * Support the evolution of policies, standards, and internal controls. * Define and monitor risk indicators (KRIs) and control effectiveness metrics. * Manage operational incidents and conduct root cause analyses. * Support internal and external audits related to risks and controls. * Contribute to automation and scalability of controls and monitoring.  **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Seek** * Prior experience (3\+ years) in operational risk, internal controls, auditing, compliance, or related areas. * Experience or familiarity with: * RCSA * Incident management * KRIs * Process and control mapping * Familiarity with regulated environments, fintechs, banks, payments, or technology sectors. * Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills. * Ability to operate cross-functionally and influence diverse teams. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in fintechs, payments, credit, or BNPL. * Knowledge of third-party risk, business continuity, or information security. * Experience in high-growth environments and building processes from the ground up. **Additional Information** **Additional Information:** * Employment type: CLT; * Competitive compensation; * For your well\-being and that of your family, we offer health insurance covering 100% of the employee and 75% for the first dependent; * iFood Benefits; * Birthday Day Off; * Group Life Insurance; * Discount coupons for our partner stores; * Hybrid work model (1\-2 days per week onsite at Avenida Paulista).
