Here, you’ll find opportunities to develop your career, learn constantly, and build a professional legacy. **Key Responsibilities** * Support logistics operations in the yard and warehouse, ensuring inventory organization and accuracy; * Organize the yard and correctly identify materials, following FIFO/FEFO and 5S principles; * Assist in truck loading; * Issue and verify documents such as invoices (NF), freight bills (CTe), and delivery manifests; * Interface with transportation companies and monitor orders and deadlines; * Update system records (ERP/WMS) for incoming, outgoing, and transfer movements; * Maintain operational spreadsheets and analyze inventory discrepancies; * Control materials by weight (tons) and ensure batch traceability; * Support compliance with safety regulations, proper use of PPE, and participation in inspections. ### **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of logistics, inventory, or operational routines; * Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP/WMS systems is a plus; * Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive; * Ability to work effectively in a team. **Schedule and Location** * Monday to Friday, from 7:45 AM to 5:30 PM Av.
