An environment that stimulates creativity and productivity **Junior Development Analyst** ================================== TOTVS | São Paulo | SP | Hybrid Job Description Conducts software product testing for market release to ensure product quality under the squad's responsibility and provides customer support for these products. Responsibilities and Duties * Conducts medium- and low-complexity integrated testing of software product maintenance/innovations with moderate guidance, ensuring implementation effectiveness and no adverse impact on other product functionalities; * Supports system-level testing for software product release (final product) with moderate guidance to verify that system routines/operations function properly; * Reviews technical documentation written by developers with moderate guidance to ensure customers understand what was implemented in the software product; * Creates low-complexity automated test scripts; * Provides support for the ticket queue via Zendesk; * Performs basic database installations, such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL, preparing the environment for testing; * Performs basic virtual machine installations, preparing the environment for testing. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor's degree completed in technology or related fields; * Basic programming logic; * Basic database knowledge; * Operating systems (Windows, Linux).
