At Capim Santo, the kitchen’s daily operations are dynamic, collaborative, and honor both the traditions of Brazilian cuisine and innovation in new dishes. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare dishes according to the menu and orders, ensuring impeccable flavor and presentation; * Handle, season, and portion food, strictly adhering to hygiene and food safety standards; * Support the team with mise en place, kitchen organization, and daily routines; * Monitor usage, storage, and expiration dates of ingredients; * Contribute to smooth team operations by collaborating in a respectful and learning-oriented environment; * Assist in inventory, ingredient, and portion control to enhance kitchen workflow efficiency; * Work collaboratively to ensure fast, high-quality service delivery; * Maintain a clean, organized kitchen aligned with Capim Santo’s standards.
