Beginning operations in São Paulo, Saber has expanded its reach to the states of Rio de Janeiro, Bahia, Paraná, Ceará, and Rio Grande do Sul, as well as the Federal District, impacting thousands of young people through education, apprenticeship, and employability—always aligned with market transformations and the evolving demands of the world of work. **Our mission is to train and build futures.** **Join our team!** **Responsibilities and Duties** In this role, your responsibilities will include: * Welcoming apprentices, assigning tasks, and enabling youth to draw comparisons between topics covered and current workplace practices; * Delivering content as outlined in the lesson plan, administering daily assessments, providing guidance, managing absences, and giving feedback to apprentices; * Performing administrative educational tasks, such as recording attendance, grades, behavior, and performance of apprentices; * Organizing the logistics of the training room (physical space, equipment, and office supplies); * Guiding youth in using Text Editors, Spreadsheets, and Presentation Software during research and presentations. What we expect from you: * Understanding of the corporate context and labor market; * Ability to connect theory and practice to the labor market context; * Focus on developing technical and behavioral competencies in youth; * Management-oriented mindset, leadership, and accountability; * Collaborative, flexible, and people-development-oriented attitude. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * **Required Education: Completed undergraduate degree (Bachelor's or Teaching Degree) or Technologist degree with postgraduate qualification**, preferably in fields related to Education, Human Development, Administration, Management, or Communication. * Ability to work with groups in a **dynamic**, **welcoming**, and **engaging** manner; * Availability to work **100% in-person in the Downtown/São Paulo region** (Anhagabaú) **Desirable:** * Prior experience as an **Apprenticeship Instructor** or involvement in **professional apprenticeship programs** targeting young apprentices. * Knowledge of the **Apprenticeship Law** and routines related to apprentice **training**. **Additional Information** **Salary Range:** R$ 3.500 to R$ 4.000 (CLT) **Work Schedule:** 6 hours 45 minutes per day (Monday to Friday) Either from 8:00 AM to 2:45 PM or from 1:15 PM to 8:00 PM, with a 30-minute break **Benefits Offered:** * **Meal Voucher**: R$ 23.96 per day * **Food Allowance**: R$ 230.72 per month * **Health Insurance with co-payment** (after probation period) * **Life Insurance** * **Transportation Voucher** * **Total Pass** We invite you to join a dynamic and talented team where you can develop your skills and grow professionally.
