




Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities, lead teams, and ensure safe and comfortable facilities for an impeccable experience. You will be responsible for supervising and executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities across the club’s social, sports, gastronomic, and administrative areas, with special emphasis on electrical, hydraulic, civil, and HVAC systems. You will lead the maintenance team under the supervision of the Coordinator/Supervisor, ensuring safe, comfortable, and fully functional facilities, delivering an impeccable experience to members and visitors. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance routines on: **high-complexity electrical systems** (distribution panels, control panels, circuits, automation); **hydraulic and water distribution systems**, including pumps, piping, fittings, and specialized components; **civil and structural maintenance**, including masonry, waterproofing, flooring, cladding, and building structures; **HVAC systems maintenance**, central/split air conditioning, ventilation, and environmental control. * Lead the team of maintenance technicians and staff, defining work schedules, tasks, priorities, and monitoring execution quality. * Manage service orders, setting priorities, deadlines, resources, and allocating required personnel. * Ensure strict compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), occupational safety regulations (NRs), sanitary surveillance requirements, and applicable regulations. * Control, manage, and optimize inventory of spare parts, tools, consumables, and specialized equipment, ensuring appropriate restocking. * Conduct daily technical quality inspections of performed services, proposing continuous improvements and performing rigorous internal audits. * Train, guide, and motivate maintenance professionals on sound technical practices, safe equipment usage, safe postures, and professional development. * Monitor and coordinate third-party suppliers and service providers, ensuring compliance with the club’s technical and operational standards. * Prepare reports on KPIs, costs, technical incidents, preventive maintenance, and operational needs. * Foster a collaborative and safe work environment, ensuring integration between maintenance and other club departments. * Uphold the team’s and club’s image, reputation, and professionalism, demanding discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detail in all activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical or technological degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Building Construction, Facilities Management, Maintenance Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in building or industrial maintenance, preferably within hospitality environments, clubs, or high-end developments. * High-complexity electrical systems (circuits, panels, automation) * Hydraulic and water distribution systems * Building civil and structural maintenance * HVAC and central air conditioning systems * Proven experience leading and managing maintenance teams (minimum 2 years). * Availability to work rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays, if required). * In-depth knowledge of occupational safety regulations (NBR 5626:2020, applicable NRs) and proper use of specialized PPE. * Advanced computer proficiency (Excel, e\-mail, operating systems, reading CAD technical drawings). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Certifications in NR\-10 (Electrical Safety), NR\-35 (Work at Heights), SEP (Power Electrical Systems), NR\-12\. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, electrical schematics, and hydraulic diagrams. * Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). * Experience implementing and executing energy efficiency projects, facility modernization, and retrofitting. * Experience applying modern preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and equipment sanitization techniques. * Proficiency handling specialized professional equipment (multimeter, infrared thermometer, leak detector, compressor, etc.). * Knowledge of sanitary surveillance regulations (ANVISA, local health authorities) and best practices in facilities management. * Excellent participative leadership skills, ability to motivate multidisciplinary teams, and cross-departmental integration. * Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) and integration of operational processes. **Work Model** On-site, 6x2 rotating schedule at the club’s headquarters located in Santo Amaro region, adjacent to Transamérica Bridge, easily accessible via CPTM Santo Amaro Station. * Salary to be negotiated * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Meal Allowance * On-site Meals * Transportation Allowance
