Department Operations LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor) LocationSão Paulo The Operation teams at Shopee cover the operational end\-to\-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. In this role, the candidate must demonstrate assertive and flexible communication with various stakeholders, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as systemic thinking and adaptability. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities* Modeling complex processes reflecting Shopee’s logistics operations behavior * Managing long-term projects involving business case development, action prioritization, task coordination across multiple collaborators, and regular progress reporting to local and regional leadership in Portuguese and English * Building dashboards to monitor key metrics (occupancy, delivery time, share) — including query construction, data imports and/or ingestion * Managing stakeholders to align model outputs and propose improvement opportunities * Translating model outputs into operational insights enabling validation and revision of operational planning * Simulating the operational impact of different planning scenarios * Creating daily/weekly/monthly management presentations for leadership in English and Portuguese * Participating in strategic governance meetings **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related fields; * Prior experience in S\&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or Logistics Planning; * Experience in forecast modeling and scenario building for decision-making; * Experience in people management and team leadership; * Intermediate/advanced SQL preferred; * Intermediate Python preferred; * Intermediate English preferred (interaction with global stakeholders); * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; * Experience analyzing and manipulating large volumes of data; * Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) preferred; * Experience in e\-commerce, marketplace, or logistics operations companies preferred.
