As a Lead Cook, you will be responsible for supervising kitchen operations, ensuring dish quality, and leading a team of cooks and assistants. This is a prominent role requiring proven experience in managing kitchen teams and preparing high-quality dishes. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating kitchen activities, ensuring dishes are prepared according to established quality standards, and supervising the team to guarantee adherence to all procedures. Prior experience as a Lead Cook or Chef de Cuisine is essential, along with strong knowledge of culinary techniques and contemporary culinary trends.
