Job Summary: V.tal is seeking a Transmission Technician to ensure network quality and performance in a challenging and dynamic environment, responsible for installing and maintaining equipment. We are looking for a Transmission Technician to join our team. You will work in a challenging and dynamic environment, leveraging your skills to ensure the quality and performance of V.tal’s transmission network. Your expertise will be critical to maintaining operational connectivity and security, ensuring excellence in our services. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Install, configure, and maintain transmission equipment; * Monitor and analyze transmission network performance; * Conduct tests on SHD, PTN, POTN, and WDM systems, and provide remote diagnostics and fault resolution; * Perform initial and joint testing with the Data and Remote Support teams on routers, switches, etc.; * Collaborate and coordinate with the Optical Fiber team; * Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to transmission; * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation; * Comply with safety regulations and operational procedures; * Work collaboratively to ensure service quality. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining transmission equipment. * Knowledge of data communication protocols. * Ability to troubleshoot technical issues. * Teamwork capability. * Effective communication skills. * Technical education in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields. * Certifications in transmission-related areas (preferred). * Availability to work on on-call shifts and outside regular business hours; * Flexibility to work non-standard schedules. * Driver’s license type B. **Additional Information** Benefits: * Meal Allowance and/or Food Voucher * Transportation Voucher * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Private Pension Plan * Profit-Sharing Program (PPR) * Pharmacy Allowance * Childcare Assistance * Flexible Working Hours * V.tal Benefits Club * Extended Maternity Leave (6 months) * Extended Paternity Leave (20 days) **THE FUTURE STARTS HERE — AND IT’S WITH YOU THAT WE’LL BUILD IT** ---------------------------------------------------------------- **We are V.tal, a company born with the purpose of enabling connection to the digital world and transforming people’s lives.** We work to help position Brazil among the world’s most digitally advanced countries, promoting digital inclusion, driving new businesses, and stimulating regional development.
