Strategic Project Management Lead institutional projects involving multiple areas, such as: - Campus expansion - New educational products - Enhancement of the student journey - Technology and automation projects - Employability and career initiatives - Strategic corporate partnerships Short-, Medium-, and Long-Term Management Short Term Implement tactical initiatives focused on quick results (processes, campaigns, and operational improvements). Medium Term Lead structural projects that increase efficiency, enrollment, retention, and academic quality. Long Term Work on strategic projects related to institutional growth, brand positioning, expansion, and educational innovation. Project Governance Establish and maintain monitoring rituals, including: - Status reports - Periodic meetings - Risk management - Deadline and deliverable tracking Indicator Management Monitor project metrics and outcomes, ensuring impact on key indicators such as: - Student enrollment - Retention - Student satisfaction - Operational efficiency - Revenue growth - Cross-departmental alignment Act as a liaison among different departments, ensuring alignment and smooth execution of projects. Executive Material Development Prepare strategic presentations, executive reports, and dashboards for leadership. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Project Management, or related fields; postgraduate studies or specialization in Project Management, Strategy, or related areas are a plus. Experience: Prior experience managing strategic projects and cross-functional collaboration; experience in dynamic environments handling multiple concurrent projects; experience in the education sector is a plus. Technical Competencies: Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Kanban); ability to structure and monitor KPIs; proficiency with project management and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, project management software); experience developing executive presentations.
