This person will be responsible for proposing and implementing continuous improvements focused on efficiency, standardization, performance, and user experience. **Work Location** This is a fully on-site position located in Barra Funda, São Paulo/SP. **Responsibilities** * Map, review, and redesign operational and strategic processes using BPMN or internal methodology; * Identify bottlenecks, waste, and improvement opportunities, proposing structured action plans; * Conduct workshops and interviews with involved departments to gather and validate processes; * Document workflows, SOPs, and policies, ensuring standardization and clarity; * Monitor performance indicators and suggest data-driven improvements; * Implement and foster a **continuous improvement culture** (PDCA, Lean, Kaizen); * Manage adoption and evolution of corporate tools (CRM, ERP, Help Desk, etc.); * Coordinate technical enhancements with vendors and IT teams; * Support training and engagement initiatives related to process and tool usage; * Participate in **digital transformation and process automation projects**. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Engineering, Process Management, Information Systems**, or related fields; * Experience in **process mapping and continuous improvement**; * Knowledge of **BPMN, PDCA, Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma**; * Proficiency in process modeling tools (Bizagi, Draw.io, Visio); * Experience with **corporate systems (CRM, ERP, Help Desk)**. **Preferred Qualifications** * Certification in **Lean Six Sigma** (Green Belt or higher); * Experience in **digital transformation and process automation**; * Ability to translate business needs into practical, sustainable solutions; * Analytical, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset. **What We Offer** Transportation Allowance Meal/Voucher Allowance GNDI Health Plan – Intermedica Integrated Porto Seguro Dental Plan Payroll Deductible Loan Discounts at universities, technical schools, and more Ongoing training and career growth opportunities A welcoming and collaborative work environment If you want to contribute to the success of a growing company while further strengthening our relationships with customers and partners, join our **Onda Laranja**!
