Job description We are looking for a dynamic SAP ABAP Senior professional to strengthen our Information Systems and Digital team. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of all SAP developments with high quality, proper documentation, and on schedule, as well as managing KPIs and providing insights to local and global stakeholders. Your experience, expertise, and commitment are essential! **Your key responsibilities:** Ensure end-to-end delivery of the development roadmap in SAP S/4 and SAP BTP environments, guaranteeing quality, timeliness, and alignment with business needs. Coordinate production support activities, managing incidents and development-related requests. Manage rollout projects, leading an average of four simultaneous rollouts from solution design through to delivery. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for development teams’ ways of working, focusing on: Increasing delivery speed; Reducing production incidents; Improving documentation; Reducing technical debt accumulated across projects. Ensure technical quality through documentation, peer reviews, and unit tests. Actively contribute during the Design Phase, participating in solution definition, effort estimation, and assessment of technical impacts. Produce, monitor, and analyze development KPIs, reporting status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders. Bridge business and technical teams by translating business requirements into scalable SAP solutions. Promote continuous improvement in delivery processes, governance, and collaboration among development teams. Coach, guide, and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and technical excellence. **Qualifications:** **Professional experience:** Senior-level with proven track record. Solid experience in managing development teams, including hiring, mentoring, performance evaluation, defining technical roadmaps, and aligning with business objectives. Proven experience in SAP development and SAP development management. **Technical knowledge (IT Skills):** \[Must] Experience with API & IDOC. \[Must] Experience with SAP BRF+. **\[Must] Experience in one or more SAP modules:** FI/CO/MM/SD/PP/PM/QM. \[Plus] Experience with UI5/BAS (Business Application Studio). \[Plus] Experience with SAP AIF. \[Plus] Experience with SAP BTP. \[Plus] Experience with JIRA and ServiceNow. \[Plus] Experience with SAP Workflow. Experience in the following technological domains will be considered a plus: SAP S/4 ABAP CDS Adobe Forms Workflows Fiori (XML, HTML, JavaScript, cloud connector, cloud cockpit, GitLab, CAP – Cloud Application Programming) SAP BTP **Soft Skills:** Strategic thinking & problem solving – Ability to analyze, optimize processes, and propose scalable solutions. Leadership & team management – Experience leading multicultural development teams. Agility & adaptability – Ability to learn quickly and implement new solutions. Effective communication – Strong ability to synthesize and communicate insights and status updates to diverse stakeholders. Ability to work closely with business areas, understand their needs, and translate them into robust SAP solutions. Strong stakeholder management skills, communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Communicative, collaborative, and results-oriented profile, with ease navigating global and matrixed environments. **Languages:** **Portuguese:** Fluent / Native. **English:** Intermediate or higher.
