




Job Summary: Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings, performing general repairs and ensuring preservation, always in compliance with safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Performs essential preventive and corrective maintenance for buildings. 2. Handles plumbing, electrical, and masonry repairs. 3. Focuses on safety standards and material organization. Performs first-level preventive and corrective maintenance (electrical, plumbing, painting, masonry) to ensure building functionality and preservation. Responsible for minor repairs, material organization, and support to third-party contractors, operating under safety standards. * Repairing leaks, repairing valves, faucets, traps, and unclogging sinks/drains; * Replacing light bulbs, ballasts, outlets, and performing minor repairs on electrical panels; * Minor repairs to walls, floors, painting, masonry, ceilings, and carpentry; * Pump maintenance, water tank cleaning, material organization, and supervision of service providers; * Compliance with safety regulations (PPE), area isolation, and equipment organization. Requirements: * Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and masonry; * Proactivity and ability to learn quickly; * Attention to safety regulations; * NR-10 and NR-35 certifications desirable; * Familiarity with building maintenance routines; * Availability for a 6x1 work schedule (Monday to Saturday); * Immediate availability to start.
