establish systematic diagnostic patterns. * Define observability vision (metrics, tracing, logs, SLO/SLA) and use operational data to drive improvements in stability, performance, and cost. * Map and influence adjacent domains; propose simplifications and clear responsibility boundaries. * Architect services and systems with emphasis on evolution, change isolation, and reduction of future cost; anticipate use cases and systemic risks. * Lead a security-by-design posture; align with corporate strategy, promote culture, and close gaps. * Ensure critical refinement of epics and programs; structure incremental deliveries and impact-based prioritization. * Establish dependency and urgency management practices aligned with organizational strategy. * Navigate ambiguity and risk;
