Job Summary: An IT professional focused on user support, network and equipment maintenance, system monitoring, and development of improvements. Key Highlights: 1. User support and IT maintenance 2. System and ERP development and improvements **JOB DETAILS** ----------------- * Provide user support. * Perform maintenance of networks and IT equipment. * Monitor system implementation processes. * Manage leasing contracts for IT equipment. * Implement improvements in company technology-related processes. * Control network access (administrative controls), define access groups, configure access to network folders, and ensure proper user access. * Administer user access to company systems, including registration of new users, blocking and cancellation of access. * Perform and/or monitor infrastructure maintenance. * Maintain computers and printers. * Conduct system analysis and projects, requirements gathering, and business rule definition. * Ensure system integrity. * Develop small systems and improve existing systems. * Collaborate with developers on ERP development and improvements. ### **REQUIREMENTS** Bachelor's or technical degree in Information Technology. Knowledge of computer assembly and operating systems.
