Talent, Performance, and Organizational Development Human Resources Manager (HRBP) **Date:** Apr 18, 2026 **Location:** Sao Paulo, São Paulo, BR, 05423\-010 **Company:** Bunge **City :** São Paulo**State :** São Paulo (BR\-SP)**Country :** Brazil (BR)**Job ID:** 45060 **Main Responsibilities / Requirements:** **Strategic Business Partnership:** * Act as a strategic partner to key corporate leaders, providing consultative support on topics related to strategy, organizational design, leadership, culture, and people management—based on critical analysis, data, market benchmarks, and deep understanding of business value chains. * Translate corporate strategy and global directives into viable, integrated, and sustainable people strategies—assessing risks, organizational impacts, and business returns in the short, medium, and long term. * Support executive leadership in strategic decision-making, contributing to increased productivity, organizational efficiency, and the company’s competitive positioning. **Integration of Strategy, Culture, and Performance:** * Contribute to the consistent alignment of corporate strategy with values, culture, and people management practices—monitoring organizational performance indicators and climate metrics. * Act as a change management agent, supporting organizational transformation processes, integrations (mergers, acquisitions, or restructurings), evolution of operating models, and corporate governance. **HR Governance, Synergy, and Operating Model:** * Ensure synergy and integration among HR functions, HRBPs, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and service areas—guaranteeing role clarity, appropriate prioritization, process fluidity, and focus on the business’s strategic outcomes. * Ensure consistent execution of the HR model—aligning strategic and transactional demands—while ensuring quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with corporate policies and legal requirements. **Collaboration with COEs and Integrated People Solutions:** * Partner with Centers of Excellence (Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition and Management, D\&I, Learning, etc.) to define, adapt, and implement solutions aligned with corporate business needs. * Provide structured feedback to COEs on the effectiveness, applicability, and impact of policies, programs, and projects—contributing to continuous improvement and adaptation to local and corporate contexts. **Talent, Performance, and Organizational Development:** * Provide strategic support to leadership in people development, performance management, recognition programs, succession planning, and leadership development—aligned with corporate guidelines. * Support talent identification processes, critical position mapping, succession planning, diversity and inclusion initiatives—assessing organizational risks and coordinating mitigation actions. **Compensation, Costs, and Financial Sustainability:** * Ensure correct application of compensation policies and practices—maintaining external competitiveness, internal equity, and adherence to corporate guidelines. * Monitor and control personnel costs, supporting leadership in decision-making and recommending corrective actions when necessary. * Ensure preparation, tracking, and control of the area’s operating and investment budget—guaranteeing reliability, consistency, and financial alignment. **Climate, Culture, and Engagement:** * Actively contribute to building high-performing teams—supporting leaders in managing climate, culture, engagement, and organizational health. * Diagnose organizational needs related to culture, climate, and change—facilitating and implementing structured action plans in partnership with subject-matter experts. **Requirements:** **Bachelor’s Degree in:** Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, or related fields. **Languages:** Fluent/advanced English. **Courses/Knowledge:** HR Programs;
