Join our team! **POSITION SUMMARY** As an SAP Consultant, you will act as a facilitator between the implementation team and clients to better understand their business needs. You will also serve as a mentor or trainer for partners. You will prepare functional specifications, including design and configuration details. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Resolve issues reported under SLAs. * Configure SAP HCM PY for payroll in Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, and Costa Rica. * Provide customers with implementation status updates. * Maintain customer documentation. * Provide application support. * Meet with customers whenever necessary. * Apply country-specific functional knowledge to enhance client-focused service. * Conduct unit testing. * Provide documentation. **REQUIREMENTS:** * SAP HCM implementation experience, Payroll (PY) module. * Completed undergraduate degree. * Advanced English proficiency for conversation. The work model adopted by ADP is office-based/on-site, with the possibility of working remotely up to two days per week.
