Job Summary: An accounting firm is seeking a Tax Analyst to provide technical and advisory support to clients, perform tax calculations, and monitor tax legislation. Key Highlights: 1. Team training and support **Hello, candidates!** An accounting firm located in **Santo André/SP** is looking for an experienced **Tax Analyst** with background in **accounting firms**. **Work Model:** Hybrid after initial period, with 3\-4 remote workdays per week ### **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical and advisory support to all clients, focusing on guidance and process improvement; * File fiscal SPED, contribution SPED, SINTER, eSocial (REINF), DIRB, DIMOB, DIMET, MIT, and all other applicable ancillary obligations; * Calculate federal, state, and municipal taxes: ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL, ISS, PGDAS; * Issue and analyze invoices; * Monitor, understand, and correctly apply all changes in tax legislation, ancillary obligations, and tax calculation rules; * Train and support interns, assistants, and clerks; * Knowledge of all three taxation regimes: Real Profit, Presumed Profit, and Simples Nacional; * Familiarity with Fator R. ### **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences or related fields; * Knowledge of all three taxation regimes; * Experience in the tax department of accounting firms; * Experience with the Domínio system ### **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance (paid only for days when commuting to the office or opting for the shuttle service); * Meal Allowance of R$ 30.00 per day; * SAMI Health Insurance Plan without co-payment (employees may add dependents at their own full expense); * Remote Work Allowance: R$ 100.00; * Company-provided laptop and secondary monitor; * Birthday Day Off (manager determines the day off); * Gympass; * Performance-based bonus program currently under implementation.
