Support in negotiations with suppliers and partners Opportunity | Contract Specialist We are looking for a Contract Specialist to join a large-scale company in the casual gastronomic entertainment sector. Position Objective Ensure efficient contract lifecycle management, guaranteeing legal compliance, risk mitigation, cost optimization, and adherence to internal policies. Key Responsibilities * Full contract lifecycle management (drafting, analysis, negotiation, approval, execution, and closure); * Review of contractual clauses to identify legal, financial, and operational risks; * Coordination with departments such as Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Operations; * Monitoring of deadlines, price adjustments, renewals, and contractual obligations; * Tracking of KPIs (SLAs, compliance, penalties, and deliverables); * Support in negotiations with suppliers and partners; * Management of amendments, claims, and conflict resolution; * Implementation of improvements in contract processes and controls; * Strategic engagement with stakeholders, focusing on influence and decision-making; * Support for ESG initiatives and adherence to regulations and audits. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, Economics, or related fields; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; * Experience in contract analysis and management; * Familiarity with contract law and KPI management.
