We are seeking talented **CNC Machine Operators** to join our team in **Guarulhos, SP. Fixed-term contract for 6 months.** **Job Summary:** Operates production machines and equipment independently, in accordance with quality and productivity requirements, safely within a manufacturing environment, and may instruct or train others. **Key Responsibilities:** * Health, Safety & Environment (HSE): Stops work immediately and reports any serious hazard risks. Reports any injury, illness, incident, or work-related hazard. Complies with HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations. Uses appropriate personal protective equipment. Promotes interdependence by looking out for one another. Corrects hazards within one’s control and capability. Recognizes how one’s work impacts the environment and works to minimize negative impact. Engages in HSE training. * Quality: Follows all applicable standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures, such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), poka-yoke, and visual standards. Raises issues to minimize cost and quality exposure. Performs quality inspections. Identifies and controls non-conforming material. * Delivery: Is fully proficient in all work processes, operating equipment independently to manufacture and assemble products, achieving required features and dimensions to meet customer expectations. Instructs and trains others and serves as an informal resource for less-experienced team members. Achieves production targets. Works the required shift or defined engineering standard. Keeps the work area clean and organized, including routine cleaning tasks and machine cleaning, and performs planned operator maintenance and care tasks. Remains flexible and performs other varied tasks as needed to meet production goals. Works with colleagues, skilled trades, and support teams to maintain and identify equipment requiring repair. * Teamwork: Communicates effectively with assigned team and all support teams. Completes training per skill and business requirements.
