Contribute to corporate security and fraud prevention The professional will be responsible for technical analysis on public and private blockchains to **trace financial flows within the Crypto product**, identify involved wallets and entities, detect **suspicious transactions**, support **fraud investigations**, and produce **high-reliability technical-forensic evidence** to support internal decision-making and judicial actions. This position requires solid knowledge of blockchain forensic techniques, proficiency with specialized tools, and deep understanding of on-chain behavioral patterns. **Learn about our story:** Our story began in 1994 in Argentina, when GIF established itself as a strategic provider for enterprises. Over these nearly 30 years, GIF has tirelessly worked on fraud prevention, detection, and mitigation. **A story marked by trust, dedication, collaboration, transparency, and respect.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct **medium- and high-criticality investigations** involving suspected fraud, money laundering, and suspicious transactions. * Perform **on-chain transaction tracing**, identifying origins, destinations, flows, and wallet behavior. * Map **clusters, related entities, and usage patterns** (e.g., hot wallets, cold wallets, multisig, smart contracts, etc.). * Produce **technical reports, investigative reports, and expert opinions**, maintaining chain-of-custody and methodological rigor. * Use professional analytical tools such as **Chainalysis, TRM Labs**, and similar platforms. * Provide technical support for internal initiatives and authorities, as required. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Ability to interpret **addressing patterns** (e.g., hot wallets, cold wallets, exchange deposits, smart contracts, multisig). * Experience with **specialized tools** (e.g., Chainalysis, TRM Labs, etc.). * Solid understanding of **blockchain operations** (block structure, hashing, consensus mechanisms, distributed networks). * Practical knowledge of **applied cryptography** (public/private keys, digital signatures, hash functions). * Experience with **blockchain explorers** (e.g., Etherscan, Solscan, Blockchain.com, etc.). **Preferred Qualifications**: * Chainalysis Certification (CIC / CRC) * CCE – Certified Cryptocurrency Expert **Additional Information** * Meal allowance (CAJU Benefits Card); * Food allowance (CAJU Benefits Card); * Health insurance: Bradesco; * Dental insurance: Bradesco; * Wellhub; * Education assistance; * Remote work allowance (CAJU Benefits Card); * Childcare assistance; * Birthday day off; * Extended marriage leave: 5 days; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * Flexible working hours; * Hybrid work model, with 2 remote workdays and 3 in-office days at our office in Vila Olímpia. **Are you ready to make a difference in the fight against fraud?** GIF is the right company for you!
