Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing cleaning and maintenance across various areas, managing inventory of supplies, and supporting general services to ensure hygiene and proper functioning of the environment. Support for electrical, hydraulic, and masonry maintenance services **Responsibilities:** a) Perform cleaning and maintenance of all regional areas (floors, furniture, glass, windows, facades, gardens, doors, carpets, restrooms, meeting/training rooms, podcast room, auditorium, workstations, and other surfaces/environments); b) Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and consumables, requesting replenishment as needed; c) Keep restrooms stocked with supplies to ensure user hygiene and comfort; d) Report any irregularities found in the regional facilities—such as damages, leaks, or repair needs—to the immediate supervisor; e) Carry out or assist with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, carpentry, masonry, and swimming pool maintenance services, as required; f) Collect garbage; g) Assist in setting up and dismantling event spaces, including arranging tables, positioning chairs, and organizing food and beverages; **Requirements:** Completed elementary education.
