Description: * Completed technical course (Construction / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical and related fields); * Good interpersonal skills, dynamism, concentration, organization, commitment, analytical ability, critical thinking, and teamwork; * Prior experience in building maintenance is a plus. * Manage building maintenance for the entire factory, including access turnstiles, painting, gates, and cafeteria; * Manage cleaning and conservation of the entire factory, including gardens and other areas such as leisure and rest zones; * Manage and monitor lighting services, including lighting systems and electrical repairs for buildings; * Manage and monitor the refrigeration contract, preventive and corrective maintenance of comfort and process equipment; * Manage and monitor the roof maintenance contract; * Close and report service orders and service requests via the TOTVS system; * Manage project costs (budget preparation and expense control); * Develop suppliers; * Perform other related duties as required by the department; * Develop procedures, standards, failure analyses, maintenance plans, and checklists; * Ensure proper care of equipment under one’s responsibility and of the work environment; * Request parts / equipment / supplies necessary to perform tasks; * Be committed and always available, whenever possible, to assist colleagues and superiors. 2512180202551925432
