Brands and services that are relevant to those who use them and recognized for our commitment to leading regenerative businesses. **Role Type** Permanent **What will you be doing here?** A role responsible for coordinating Learning and Development HUBs, designing and implementing initiatives across all of Natura Latin America, with a focus on Technology, Data, AI, and Innovation. **What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?** ### **Key Responsibilities** * **TNA (Training Needs Analysis):** Identify, in collaboration with functional managers, which competencies require development and analyze needs against strategic skills. * **Content Development:** Coordinate the creation of learning paths, technical training, and *soft skills* training (in-person, online, or hybrid) across LATAM. * **Vendor Management:** Select and manage consulting firms, speakers, and learning platforms. * **Results Measurement:** Analyze ROI (Return on Investment) and training KPIs. ### **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Experience:** Solid experience in Training & Development, instructional design, or corporate education. * **Andragogy:** Deep expertise in adult learning methodologies. * **Technology:** Familiarity with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate or Canva) and LMS platform management. * **Project Management:** Ability to manage multiple trainings and schedules simultaneously. \#LI\-MM2 **What will you find here?** We are more than just a workplace: we build and live the Well\-Being Ecosystem daily, based on the harmonious relationship between each individual, their surroundings, and the environment they are part of.
