Inventory Assistant

Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and handling parts; organizing inventory; and serving internal and external customers at the parts counter. Key Highlights: 1. Manage and organize inventory of parts for heavy machinery. 2. Support logistics efficiency and customer service. 3. Develop skills in warehouse management and material organization. Main Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and store parts and goods; Record invoices and inventory movements in the system; Organize inventory to ensure agility in material picking and dispatch; Support part transfers between branches; Serve internal and external customers at the parts counter; Contribute to the organization and smooth operation of inventory routines. Essential Requirements: - Completed high school education; - Technical course in Logistics (in progress or completed); - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Desirable Requirements: - Prior experience in inventory, warehousing, logistics, or dispatch; - Organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment; - Ability to work effectively in a team and follow established processes.
