As a Senior FP&A Analyst supporting Commercial and Customer Service areas, you will play a pivotal role in guiding financial performance, delivering strategic insights, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. * Lead budgeting, forecasting, and closing processes, ensuring high quality in planning, consolidation, and reporting. * Provide financial support to Commercial and Customer Service teams, acting as a strategic business partner to drive performance and profitability. * Conduct in-depth variance analyses, identifying key drivers behind deviations from plan and proposing effective action plans to ensure goal achievement. * Promote financial transparency through clear and analytical reporting, including management presentations and performance dashboards. * Identify and implement process improvements and digitalization initiatives to increase efficiency, accuracy, and agility in financial reporting. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams in developing and maintaining management dashboards with relevant, up-to-date KPIs to support decision-making. * Monitor SLA performance and support initiatives to optimize service delivery and drive service revenue. * Support business case analysis, investment decisions, and ad hoc financial analyses. * Communicate financial information clearly, concisely, and business-oriented to stakeholders at all organizational levels. **Your attributes and skills:*** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
