Job Summary: A quality professional to support the implementation and maintenance of the QMS, development of procedures, analysis of nonconformities, and conducting audits. Key Highlights: 1. Analyze, control, and address nonconformities and complaints An infrastructure construction company is seeking a Quality Analyst in São Paulo (Barra Funda). Falcaobauer is a company specialized in technology and innovation solutions. We offer services ranging from consulting to custom software development. **Responsibilities:** Support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System. Develop and/or review procedures and documents. Analyze, control, and address nonconformities, complaints, and reports related to the Quality Management System. Develop action plans jointly with departments. Participate in and/or conduct audits. Perform activities interfacing with CGCRE regarding quality management. Support the qualification and hiring of auditors. Deliver training related to quality and its management tools. Previous experience as a Quality Control Specialist, Quality Auditor, Quality Coordinator, or Quality Engineer may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
