Job Summary: Seconci-SP is seeking a Pharmacist to provide clinical pharmaceutical care, manage medications and supplies, and conduct training—all aimed at ensuring quality and safety. Join us and become part of a team committed to **saving lives and building Brazil.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform clinical pharmaceutical services and specialized care—including therapeutic counseling for users, pharmacotherapy review, pharmacotherapeutic monitoring, medication reconciliation, and evaluation and promotion of therapeutic adherence—carrying out interventions with prescribers and/or users as per internal protocols. * Validate/Monitor the entire process of receiving supplies and medications, in accordance with internal procedures and Good Practices for Receiving and Storing Medications and Supplies, to maintain their quality and therapeutic efficacy. * Receive and assess requests for non-standardized medications and supplies, issuing opinions regarding possible substitution with standardized alternatives and ensuring appropriate follow-up actions. * Conduct training sessions for department staff to qualify them on institutional norms and procedures, thereby ensuring process quality. * Verify medication dispensing, evaluating work performed by other Pharmacy team members to guarantee process quality. * Monitor and perform routine operations for compounding and dispensing oral liquids and injectable solids, complying with operational procedures, current legislation, and ensuring medication quality and safety. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Pharmacy. * Experience as a pharmacist in ONA accreditation processes. * Active CRF registration. **Additional Information** SCHEDULE X SHIFT: Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:00 TEMPORARY POSITION **Benefits** * Meal Voucher * Food Voucher * Transportation Voucher * Daycare Assistance * Group Life Insurance * Payroll-Deductible Loan * Outpatient and Dental Care \- SP **Partnerships:** * Universities * Pharmacies * SESC Seconci\-SP \- Social Service of the Construction Industry of the State of São Paulo—is a nonprofit, philanthropic entity founded in March 1964 by a group of construction-sector entrepreneurs to serve construction workers and their families.
