Support and relationship management with internal and external customers **Information Management Analyst (Operations \& Trade Marketing)** **About the Opportunity:** We are seeking an **Information Management Analyst** to join our team! Your primary challenge will be ensuring our data collection tools are correctly configured, registries are up to date, and field surveys are properly structured—so high-quality information reaches the end customer. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * **Tool Management:** Directly configure, manage, and maintain Trade Marketing data collection systems (e.g., Involves, U.Mov.Me, MC1, or similar). * **Registry Governance:** Manage and keep product, POS, hierarchy, and user database registries updated, ensuring standardization and data accuracy. * **Field Survey Support:** Structure and maintain system-based surveys, ensuring business rules and data collection functionality are fully optimized for field teams. * **Routing and Scheduling:** Manage and maintain field visit schedules and routes, ensuring operational rules are followed. * **Data Analysis and Extraction:** Perform daily data extraction and processing using Excel (formulas and cross-database analysis) to build supporting reports. * **Support and Relationship Management:** Assist internal and external customers by providing prompt support in resolving queries and operational incidents related to data collection applications. * **Strategic Alignment:** Lead and participate in meetings with stakeholders (operations, clients, IT), prioritizing tasks in a high-volume information environment. **Technical Requirements** ----------------------- * **Intermediate Excel:** Proficiency in essential daily functions such as logical and lookup formulas (VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF), PivotTables, and database manipulation. * **Experience with Data Collection Systems:** Hands-on experience operating, registering, and supporting Trade Marketing platforms (e.g., Involves, U.Mov.Me, MC1, etc.). * **Database Structuring:** Familiarity with structured registry logic and implementation of business rules in systems. * **Process-Oriented Mindset:** Ability to understand how the quality of registered data directly impacts the final results displayed on client dashboards. **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------- * Proven prior experience with Trade Marketing agencies, market intelligence firms, or field auditing. * In-depth knowledge of promoter and field team operational routines (routing, check\-in/check\-out, price and stock-out data collection). * Basic Power Query knowledge for optimizing Excel workflows.
