A construction materials store seeks a Generalist Human Resources Analyst in São Paulo (Vila Maria). **Responsibilities:** Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes aligned with the company's organizational culture. Conduct training needs assessments, plan and implement training and development programs. Administer and monitor performance evaluations and individual development plans. Develop initiatives focused on organizational culture, climate, and employee engagement. Deliver in-person and online internal training sessions using appropriate learning methodologies. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training and other HR initiatives. Collaborate with vendors and consulting firms to strategically support leadership in people-related decisions. Previous experience as a Specialist Human Resources Analyst, Human Resources Coordinator, Human Resources Consultant, or Human Resources Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
