The company is seeking a Human Resources Analyst in São Paulo. **Responsibilities:** Record and verify electronic timekeeping data via system, resolve discrepancies, and enter justifications. Verify payroll calculations, compute statutory contributions (e.g., FGTS, INSS, and income tax), and administer benefits such as transportation allowance, meal vouchers, food allowance, and health insurance plans. Conduct hiring and termination procedures, including documentation, labor card registration, and eSocial entries. Manage vacation schedules, leaves of absence, medical certificates, social security benefits, and overtime hours. Monitor labor and social security obligations to ensure compliance with applicable legislation. Perform recruitment and selection activities, including job posting, resume screening, interviews, and candidate referrals to managers. Conduct onboarding and integration of new employees, including documentation, cultural orientation, and internal policy introductions. Monitor organizational climate and support endomarketing initiatives, such as internal events, announcements, and commemorative dates. Support managers in individual development plans and performance evaluations. Assist in identifying training needs and organizing internal and external training programs. Previous experience as a Human Resources Specialist, Human Resources Coordinator, Human Development Analyst, or Human Resources Consultant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
