Effective onboarding of new employees Conduct **high-volume recruitment and selection processes**, ensuring agility and quality in screening, interviews, and alignment with managers Carry out **job posting across multiple channels**, ensuring broader reach and attraction of candidates matching the required profile Manage **candidate scheduling and follow-up**, delivering a positive experience throughout the entire selection process Support **hiring and onboarding processes for new employees**, ensuring timely execution and alignment with involved departments Execute **onboarding follow-up**, especially during the first week, ensuring effective integration of the employee, completion of training, and access to internal systems Plan and implement **monthly internal marketing initiatives**, promoting engagement, internal communication, and strengthening of organizational culture Develop **internal campaigns and communication initiatives**, aligned with climate and culture strategies Support the organization and execution of **internal events and organizational climate initiatives** Maintain up-to-date **job opening records, HR metrics, and personnel movement logs**, ensuring data reliability Prepare **recruitment and selection reports and analyses**, supporting decision-making Ensure **process organization, deadline compliance, and standardization of HR activities** Operate the **Sólides system**, managing job openings, resume screening, and candidate follow-up Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.968,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
