As an **Educational Technology Analyst**, you will be responsible for: * Monitoring and ensuring proper utilization of educational platforms, guaranteeing appropriate functionality, organization, user experience, and preparation of results and impact reports for stakeholders. * Tracking technological trends in education and proposing innovations aligned with institutional strategy and mission. * Contributing to continuous improvements in digital educational tools. * Supporting the design, development, adaptation, and implementation of digital educational objects, learning journeys, and solutions—considering diverse contexts and realities of educational networks. * Monitoring technology vendors as the primary point of contact, evaluating delivery quality and compliance with established agreements. * Analyzing usage, engagement, and success indicators of users to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement—supporting data-driven decision-making. * Supporting integration among pedagogical, technology, and operations teams. * Supporting training for end-users and internal teams on the use of educational solutions. * Overseeing registration processes, ensuring data quality and integrity through validation and integration of information from multiple sources and partners. **Work schedule and flexibility:** Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. **Hybrid model** – minimum of 2 days per week onsite in São Paulo (SP), up to 3 days remote per week (Fridays will always be remote). Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience with digital products or digital education. * Experience in technical support and operations, including user assistance, fault diagnosis, process documentation, cross-team technical collaboration, and proficiency with ticket management platforms (e.g., Zendesk). * Knowledge and application of emerging technologies, such as generative AI. * Familiarity with innovation tools and methodologies, and user experience (UX/UI, Design Thinking, Agile, CSD Matrix, OKR). * Basic programming skills and familiarity with concepts such as APIs, SSO, integrations, and process automation. * Data analysis skills, dashboard creation, reporting, and metrics (Excel, Power BI, SQL, Hotjar). * Commitment to (and practical application of) digital accessibility practices.
