We are seeking a talent to join the **Internal Communication team at Fácil Assist.** **Responsibilities and duties** **Your day-to-day will include:** * Handling internal communication on specific topics at Fácil Assist, ensuring clarity and alignment with company guidelines; * Collaborating with the Internal Communication team to execute daily tasks (content creation, review, and distribution); * Managing and updating internal communication channels (e\-mail, intranet, announcements, campaigns, etc.); * Supporting the organization and execution of internal campaigns, events, and engagement initiatives; * Working collaboratively across departments, understanding their needs and translating information into clear messages. **Requirements and qualifications** **Basic requirements include:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, or related fields; * Practical experience with demand management tools (e.g., Planner, Trello, Asana); * Prior experience in internal communication — preferred; * Basic knowledge of corporate communication tools (Marketing Cloud) and Microsoft 365; * Absenteeism rate of up to 7%; * Minimum of 9 months’ tenure in the current role and/or department at the company; * Not currently participating in any other internal opportunity; * Performance evaluation of “Meets Expectations” or higher in the most recent PAD; * No disciplinary actions in the last 3 months; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. **Additional information** At Fácil Assist, we promote health and quality of life through medical and dental assistance, Wellhub, and other benefits including flexible dress code, meal or food allowance, transportation allowance, profit-sharing program (PLR), birthday day off, childcare or babysitting support, life insurance, and professional development opportunities via our Internal Opportunity Program.
