On our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the technological infrastructure, delivering support within SLA, resolving user requests, approving equipment, managing access controls, and contributing to operational continuity across stores and corporate departments. Your role will be essential to maintaining our systems securely, agilely, and with high performance. **Responsibilities:** Provide on-site and remote technical support to employees and stores; Approve, install, and test IT equipment; Manage and control network and system access, ensuring security and integrity; Filter, route, and resolve technical tickets, guaranteeing SLA-compliant response; Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on teleinformatics equipment and networks; Prepare ticket and activity reports via the SIG system; Participate in GMUDS (Change Management) implementation for continuous improvement; Research and propose technological solutions to enhance process efficiency. **Mandatory Requirements:** Completed Technical High School in Information Technology. **Desirable Requirements (advantageous):** Knowledge of: Technical support and problem resolution; Equipment approval and installation; Network security and server administration; Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM, SIG, and technical support tools. **Benefits:** * Remote Work Allowance * Medical and Dental Assistance * Life Insurance * TotalPass (access to wellness platform and exclusive benefits) * Free internal courses with certification * Partnerships with Educational Institutions * Birthday Day Off **Work Schedule and Hours:** * Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, rotating 5x2 schedule \| 100% Remote Work (with availability for onsite visits).
