Falcaobauer is a company specialized in technology and innovation solutions. We offer services ranging from consulting to custom software development. **Responsibilities:** Act as a partner to leadership, connecting business strategy with people management, and operate effectively between strategic and operational levels. Lead performance management, feedback, and performance evaluations. Analyze metrics (e.g., turnover, headcount, etc.) and propose improvements. Support labor-related matters in partnership with HR/Legal. Implement and sustain HR processes. Previous experience as Partnership Manager, Business Consultant, Relationship Analyst, or Strategic Alliances Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
