If you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy challenges, and want to join a fast-growing company, this opportunity may be right for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Map, structure, and document approval, exception, and escalation workflows for claims and claim denials * Translate technical medical criteria into operational rules (e.g., underwriting rules, fee schedules, and tier-based limits) * Define responsible parties, approval authorities, and SLAs for processes such as reversals and exceptions * Structure, document, and monitor the workflow for external exam requests and reports, ensuring clarity for system development * Create manuals, playbooks, and documentation enabling operations to function autonomously * Identify operational bottlenecks and propose improvements before they become critical issues **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience in high-complexity operations (healthcare, insurtech, fintech, or related fields) * Proven track record in structuring scalable, self-sufficient processes * Ability to engage with senior specialists, extract relevant information, and translate it into actionable steps * Clear and structured communication, both verbal and written * Analytical and hands-on profile: capable of structuring problems even when they are not fully defined **Additional Information** * Employment type: PJ (individual contractor) * Work model: Hybrid (3 days onsite) * Location: Pinheiros – São Paulo/SP
