Job Summary: This professional will support requirement elicitation, functional specification development, and IT project management, acting as an intermediary between users and vendors. We would be delighted to receive your application and learn more about your career and professional journey. **Position Details:** Support requirement elicitation and documentation with key users, understand business rules, and translate them into technical specifications for development teams and vendors. Develop and maintain up-to-date functional specification documents for IT projects, including acceptance criteria, process flows, and business rules. Act as an intermediary between business users and system vendors, ensuring clarity of requirements and alignment of expectations. Support project scheduling management under your responsibility, monitor activity progress, and report deviations to your supervisor. Support validation of deliverables and execution of functional testing, ensuring developed solutions meet elicited requirements. Monitor and verify execution of automated routines and processes on servers, identifying and reporting anomalies to the responsible party. Guide users on correct system usage procedures, reducing recurrence of operational support tickets. Support implementation and deployment of system improvements, contributing to stages such as user acceptance testing (UAT), functional testing, and user training. Handle Level 1 support tickets, analyzing issues and providing appropriate guidance. Conduct business feasibility studies for small-scale improvements and innovations, under managerial guidance. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in technology project management, with knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMBOK); * Knowledge of process flow design and mapping.
