Require organization and attention to detail IMMEDIATE START POSITION Job Description: Position: Baker Employment Type: CLT - Permanent Location: Vila Nova Bonsucesso - Guarulhos Schedule: 1:00 PM to 9:20 PM, rotating 6x1 shift with alternating days off Salary: BRL 2,600.00 (1:00 PM to 9:20 PM) + Hazard Pay of BRL 300.00. Optional health insurance plan, deducted from payroll. The company currently operates under a banked hours agreement. Holidays are paid at 100% and do not count toward banked hours. The company pays BRL 38.00 for each Sunday or holiday worked, included in the payroll. Responsibilities: * Preparation, baking, and presentation of bakery products * Dough preparation, fermentation, ingredient measurement, mixing, cutting, and baking * Operating and regulating ovens * Monitoring and controlling baking process and product quality * Maintaining a clean and hygienic workspace * Monitoring and documenting production processes * Complying with occupational health and safety regulations * Customer service: providing product information and assisting customers in selecting items * Packaging items and delivering them Desired Qualifications: * High school diploma * Strong verbal communication skills * Ability to work effectively in a team * Organization and attention to detail * Experience in bakery operations Join this successful team!
